We rely on the resources of the community to help celebrate the end of another School year. By asking students and parents to volunteer, we are inviting you to be part of the special celebration of the Class of 2024, but also to share in their gratitude towards their parents, faculty, and friends of Trivium.
We will need volunteers throughout the day for the following:
Before Mass: (2 parent volunteers; 2 student volunteers)
– setting up and preparing for the day
– preparing coffee & doughnuts
After Mass: (2 parent volunteers; 2 student volunteers)
– serving coffee and doughnuts
– commencement setup
During Luncheon: (2 parent volunteers)
– manning the wine table
– manning luncheon/cake tables
After Luncheon: (2 parent volunteers; 4 student volunteers)
– trash / cleaning
– washing dishes
– putting the School back in order
