Application

Admission to Trivium School is selective and based upon previous school records, personal interviews, teacher recommendations, and standardized testing. Students are accepted on a rolling basis.

Trivium School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial aid programs, and athletic or any other school-administered programs.

Initial Inquiry

Prospective parents are encouraged to learn about Trivium School before applying. The website has a lot of information and, upon request, parents can receive by mail the Information Packet. Parents and students are encouraged to attend the open house in the fall to visit the School, speak with the Headmaster, and ask questions about the School.

Please feel free to inquire here.

Applying to Trivium

Please note: We are currently accepting only a limited number of applications for grades seven and eight for the 2023/2024 school year; grades nine through twelve are full.

Applicants must complete the following steps:

  • Fill out an online application;
  • Schedule an interview;
  • Take the applicant entrance exam. (The student is welcome to “shadow” on the day of the interview and entrance exam.)

Afterwards

After the application has been completed, a decision letter will be sent out within two weeks. In order to avoid a waitlist, apply early. In March, both new and returning students are required to register. The School is very limited in what it can offer for financial aid. Please call the School for more information. The School does not have boarding facilities. Sometimes students board with families in the area. The Admissions Office can assist families to find housing.
